There is a multimod with a walkthrough on the OP. Download it and see what it suggests. Then do another play-though with the choice you want and see what are the best results.

This game is far from being completed. The last I heard, Chimeros said that they had a lot more to tell. There are people and places that have not even been introduced to us yet.
