Dive for shells on the beach, or work at the security place in the mall. Security requires a body stat of at least 10, which you can get by going for jogs in the park. Save up $500 and you can invest in the coffee shop in the mall for $100 every 7 days in game, progress Diane Foxington's story far enough and she'll give you another $100 every 7 days.

Talk to her until your phone gives you the hint to look around and find out why she seems familiar. Go to the hideout, go to the room and in the bottom right now is a magazine, take that and confront her with it. At night talk to her and when she leaves follow her to the room on the right in the church. Do this 2 times and then you have all her current content.

Tori appears in her office on weekday Evenings, the beach on Friday and Saturday if you gave her the bikini, and after you've had your date you can find her in her bedroom at Night. Rosa requires doing Della's content until you access Della's hideout. A magazine appears there after talking to Rosa which will net you her new content. If none of this info is helpful, your save is broken and you need to restart.
