Come back next year and yeah- not a single person has made something appealing/interesting to look at in the past 10 months.
well, maybe i can show a few.
but, i am poor and cant pay properly for that so i am using cracked and second - game needs more polish and auto modes, for example - auto walk character from point A to point B, cus making each step is stupid. you can do itm but this is unnesesary work and fucing waste of time

I'm OOTL, what is the current Roadmap? Interactions seem to work better with recent updates. Like full release in 2025 or 26? Or never, since the patreon bucks are just too sweet ?
Current roadmap is cloud interactions (done in last update), (needed for VR / custom levels) and then VR.

This interaction isn't quite finalized, but it's reached the point of diminishing returns. Outside input is probably needed in order to get any major improvements or revisions. Questions, suggestions, and complaints are welcome.

Damn, these animations look like they're taken right out of some Playstation 1 game. I have to say though, I am impressed with how much you can do with this game.

Ironically, the animtools is much more fleshed out than the CCtools.

Which is funny considering how long they'd cooked the damn thing, only for the character creator to end up lacking, messy and unnecessarily complex in the wrong areas. Makes one wonder what they got going backstage all that time, doesnt it? Its "for our own good", im sure :KEK:

Depending on who we ask, i suppose we need to have actual experience in actual 3D modeling in order to make the most out of the CCtool. And even then, looking at the character browser, its still not much. The real kicker here mightve something to do with what the tool itself is geared towards, in that it fancies people with the most asset sitting on their aresenal, among other things. You'd think the amount of head options they got can somehwat mitigate that, since they like to push for new heads alot before the animtool release, remember that charade? Now were sitting at way too many heads with so few quality options innit, most of us CCtool casuals cant even make use of because it lacked all the sliders the others have. Quantity over quality, as they say.
And now we have people yapping for ""anti-infringement"" methods to deal with people editing their characters...In a program meant for sharing & creating characters, and animating them? This is rich lmao. Or was that old news?

Anyway, ive seen some (quality) creators/creations which looked as if they'd resorted to using program/s outside of VNE itself to alter the characters...Which makes sense i guess, since no CCtools is perfect, but whatever black magic/trick they used to add in more sliders and morphs into their stuff? I absolutely have no idea. Or the attention span to even care anymore tbh lol

Oh, well. For what its worth, the animtools really is something else. Super simplistic yet powerful enough to pull off some crazy complicated stuff, i can imagine. We just need to get the hang of it and play around for a bit since its not exactly the most intuitive, tho looking at all the stuff we can control here and how easy they are to reach, i'd say its fair. I didnt even know half the stuff it can do until somebody here mentioned it to me lol. Man...I just wish i still have the mojo in me for this sort of thing, my younger self woulda gone nuts with the all the possibility for animations here, and im not even good at it!

The animtools? great stuff. Credits where its due, i suppose.

Still tho, i aint paying for shit, not at this stage. The way they'd dragged the whole project is just unforgivable lol, i'd rather burn my cash or just throw them elsewhere. Like my mid-life crisis mobile a hobby car, for one.

I mean, we better make them count now before the snobs goes ballistic and started spewing nukes at each other...at our expense, that is.

Why do the devs care so goddamn much about fighting piracy? The first game is literally still free to download to this day and besides character creation, you can pretty much do all the same shit between both titles. Also this games been getting worked on for what, at least 4+ years at this point, right? Is there even a prediction or planned date of the game being "finished" or released in a 1.0 state?

Blender. The answer is Blender.

They made the anti-piracy feature and haven't edited it at all since that I can see, they just change the hash every upload.

Because devs are absolutely terrified of even losing a single sale, even though studies have shown that piracy either ends up as a net zero or a positive to sales because:
A: Pirates often were never going to buy the game regardless of whether or not it can be pirated. (This also includes players from countries where buying it legit is hard/illegal.)
B: Pirates generally talk about the game, and that brings attention to it. (This is especially powerful for indie games since indie games often have zero advertising.)
C: People who buy games generally don't go looking for the pirated copy first, they just buy it.
AAA devs are the worst for this, since to them, getting pirated is 100% a lost sale to their investors, so they get mega-paranoid and slap Denuvo on, causing some games to straight-up be almost unplayable, like Monster Hunter Stories 2.

I mainly just pirate to play early access games (since they often fail midway through development), play overpriced games, or try a game out that doesn't have a demo, since demos are practically extinct these days.

Does anyone making videos or the game just garbage?
[Satire aside I'm crafting a fully playable movie-adventure inside FurryVNE with multiple paths and multiple death scenes. It's nearly 4 months overdue but you guys will like it, you'll have your videos then]

Theyre way too commited to this nonsense already. It makes sense why the devs couldnt give less of a crap on what people think about this anti-piracy seizure theyre having. People still pay, after all. And i assume those who did, still wants to lol. Otherwise they'd prolly jumped ship and we will see abandoned tag right next to the thread's title.

Theyre just making sure they'll keep them at it, at this rate. Added insurance. You know, keep the river flowing? At least thats what i think anyway....

oh, and of course there will be a plethora of raunchy sex scenes

Ah, to think that the only thing holding it back was the CCtool. Sometimes i looked at the environment and think theyre far too detailed for these goofy-assed, looney tunes level character models were having. Speaking of looney tunes, these are exactly the kind of animations that topped it all off. Good stuff Zexiara :ROFLMAO: (no satirism intended, those steps looked painful to coordinate lmao)

And they worked on that thing for (presumably?) 7 years, tops? Yet somehow the animtools; AKA the thing they worked less on (purposefully, or not), takes the cake. And people say i have trust issues.

Oh, well. Nothings perfect right?
