I take this game definitely cancelled, Unity wants to charge for installation to developers who use their engine, and if these people from FurryVNE have not even bothered to promote their project and have little funding, no wonder they end up bad here
The little funding works for them if anything. Unity charges a fee when it passes 200k install AND 200k revenue per year.

Looking at patreon, they're making 70k a year atm. It won't effect them. Yet.

Not defending Unity, what they're doing is garbage. Just pointing out FurryVNE team got nothing to worry about atm.

Umm, it's NOT per year, it's overall. Once a dev's game has reached the 200k/200k threshold, then they're charged from that point.
It will count even if the dev made & released a game, say, 3 years ago and which already reached that point 2 years ago. On Jan' 1st, 2024, the dev will start getting charged.
Also, if the game is web-based, every time a user starts it up, or needs to refresh it, or it crashes and needs a restart the dev will be charged. Every. Single. Time.

It will count even if the dev made & released a game, say, 3 years ago and which already reached that point 2 years ago. On Jan' 1st, 2024, the dev will start getting charged.
Do you have a source for that? Everywhere I look says 200k in annual revenue, and 200k lifetime install. Not 200k in lifetime revenue.

This is a direct quote:

"Games qualify for the Unity Runtime Fee after two criteria have been met: 1) the game has passed a minimum revenue threshold in the last 12 months, and 2) the game has passed a minimum lifetime install count." Source: just under the 'Thresholds' sub-heading.

I take that to mean; As soon as the Dev has made $200k AND the game has achieved 200k installs, charges will start forthwith and continue henceforth.

It CANNOT be reset every year because that wouldn't work in Unity's favour.

The fees are calculated MONTHLY. Therefore, that 12 months will be a rolling 12 months. They are NOT going to calculate for that 12 months, then ignore numbers for 12 months before recalculating for THAT 12 months.

If the dev fits the criteria and Unity start charging, do you imagine they, Unity, are going to ignore the NEXT month? Or the month after that? etc. etc. Of course, they're not. They will keep an ongoing tally of sales, month-by-month and will just add it on to the 12 month, so that 12 month period will NEVER END . . . Sales would need to fall off a cliff in order for that to happen.

2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 + next month = 12 months.

When they do finally hit that 200k revenue mark (likely after animation hits and we the community can finally make smexy shit to show off FurryVNE), that's still a shit ton of money for just two guys.

Wait a minute, it its last 12 months how the hell does this exactly get applied.

You get a 12 month streak where you reach 200K$ and from that point onward you pay your fee?

The onward part I haven't found any concrete info. But from devs coming out stating their extremely old games (that presumably doesn't make much money anymore, but still get installs from players here and there) will start losing them cash, I'm going to assume yes, you will forever pay fees for each install once the criteria are met.

Extremely scummy, which is why the entire Unity community is on fire right now.

Hmm i mean u can already do that..? just choose the skinny body type preset and then increase the thighs/ass as much as u like (and if i remember correctly, someone even made the femboy foxy body preset in the yf2 character preset site-)

They've talked about adding moaning & voice work in the past, so they'll likely get to adding it at some point. I'm personally hoping they make voice & sound effects moddable so you can drop in whatever new sounds you want.

Good Idea I also had multiple sounds effects that I do wish I could use somehow In YF1 If I could use that In YF2 I would be glad,but lets not forgot before we even could get that another months will pass :/

Aside from that Im still hoping and waiting for the penetration belly bulge depending on size staff,It was drive me mad In YF1 to that point I almost never use a smoll characters like cat If I use big ones like charlotte and even so If I use back then Charlotte on Charlotte they never be skinny,almost always they had to be curvy especial on the belly part so I can get a minimal immersion on that.
