Okay I think I've got all the ingredients in the forest and I saw inko's boy but I don't know what to do now, it won't let me in the lab and keeps telling me I don't have ingredients?

On my side the lab scene triggers correctly that's weird. So nothing happen after you go back to your house after visiting Inko and Izuku ?
