So suppose to talk to Namora in the village yet she not their in morning or afternoon and door is locked at night. were the heck is she?

Her door definitely shouldn't be locked at night. So you're probably not interacting with the right house I would guess.

Normally that only happens until you talk to her in her house during the day. And she should be here until then.

Unless you ended up doing something in a super weird order... I'm kinda realizing that maybe if you do Penny's content and Nemona's flashback before talking to Nemona during the day a single time that might lock you out.
Not even sure about that cuz I never even thought someone would do that.

Maybe it's your case. If so send your save + global file, I'll debug it.
