Teakwood shard is still in the underground city. Above the ladder to the basement you have a ruined house you can enter.

Inko's last scene require Izumi's last scene. Izumi last scene just need you to let her recover for a few days after her previous scene.

For Mitsuki you do need Chapter 2 though. (and quite far into it)

Progress Ino. And then talk to her in the afternoon for Kushina and Sakura's scenes.
(Also you need to progress Naruto for that.)

Well this is a discarded scene that shortly made it in the game as a patreon bonus. It doesn't exist anymore.
