But when starting this game after having played DevCoffee's other game "Futa Sex Therapy", which is basically the same game but with western style 3D as opposed to anime style, the save games from the first mentioned game shows up in the load screen. So.. is this the same Dev and with the same game but in a completely different style and new name or what?

Hey man! Good eye! You're totally right, I’m using the same Ren'Py 'skeleton' from my previous project. Although that's the only thing, since I basically redid scenes, dialogue due to the change from Daz to Honey Select (I made the change because my computer, especially my graphics card, wasn't very efficient with the program)
Regarding the Patreon name, it's due to strike issues
