The game revolves femboy stuff mostly & is very clunky & poorly put together, but the gameplay, for what it is, is solid & if you have a taste for sailor moon characters, go ahead & play it.

It is "ai-assisted" for sure. Look at the male body and the futa, they use some parts of ai generated images for the futa

Not sure if someone has reported it already, but pretty much all of the Owlyboi links ("My X is a Futanari" stuff) are dead. I think they've all been compiled into this collection

Also, I'd argue that Sex Valley [v0.3] [Zehmun] should be in Category 2.
One of the 6 main targets is a futa with a complete romance questline, her questline allows you to unlock a second futa character and also later in the main storyline, you unlock another futa character. All three of them have at least two scenes where they top the male protagonist.
Plus, there's like 3 enemies/minor characters that are futas and one side character that uses a "magic strapon" that basically turns her into a futa and of those at least two have a scene as well. And future updates are already confirmed to add another futa character option.

These are all of the futa characters I can think of:

  1. Lene - One of the main targets (multiple scenes)
  2. Peach - Lene's sister, Unlocked by progressing through the Caves and the subsequent Forest (2 futa on male scenes)
  3. Nihil - Lene's other sister, Unlocked through Lene's questline (2 futa on male scenes)

  4. Calliga - Crowgirl unlocked through Peach's questline (1 futa on male scene)
  5. Helena - mother of Illyana(another main target), unlocked through finishing Illyana's questline (1 futa on male scene, the magic strapon one)

  6. #62 - Lene's third sister, only has a standing 69 scene so far
  7. Succubus - If you do the early game Missing Girl quest, you can choose to encounter a futa succubus, but the scene is only male on futa
  8. Winged Demon - Enemy encountered in the Forest Dungeon, only a male on futa scene

and for the Nameless slave girl it's pretty much confirmed that you'll be able to turn her into a futa in some future update

How can you replay the peach ones? Because I once did the full save and the only available ones I saw she'd first turn you into a woman, and they were like two scenes. Can't say I remember seeing the Helena replay either. Nihil I only remember one scene. Because if she's that one then I remember her.

And sorry to annoy you with this, but do you have a full 6.4.0 save? Im very impatient for RPGM games

You have to finish the main story to unlock the peach ones besides the turning you into a girl one. Rescue kirlia and then you can get the scenes in the bath and the femboy protag scene.

That's not right, I can get them without rescuing Kirlia. You just need to make sure you visit Peach in the evening and have already started her quests by doing the first genderbend scene
