Technically yes, but it's still pretty easy to make a Ren'py game. All you need is half-decent renders (easiest solution is to pirate 3DSexVilla and get a ton of mods that add new clothes, better body shapes, some visual effects, and animations\ poses).

Wait what do you mean? MEGA links are encrypted by default anyway, and how would that prevent someone from reporting it? Do you mean sharing the decryption key separately like in DMs with people who want to download?
