I was worried about this and did some research, on the game's page on Itch.io I found that someone asked about this 25 days ago, but there was no answer. I think we may be dealing with a real problem here, unfortunately.

Maybe I don't understand something, but on the 6.5 floor I found a pink tape, the TV still asks me to find a pink tape. Is this a bug or do I need to do something else?

make sure you're at the right TV, each color tape is for a different tv i'm pretty sure

after all, something broke, I uploaded a save from the end of the 7th floor and everything worked.

I got confused when answering, the spiritual room is in the gallery, which can be entered from Erica's room.
