because you are doing sth wrong. Check both the sound options in the main settings and the in game sound toggle on the top right.
Is the scene replayer broken? I keep getting a renpy error whenever I try to replay a scene from the phone saying "journal_entry_slot not defined"

Changelog alr posted it's a short update 3 anims 1 still it's also just a setup into the Renee/Angel path. It's decently well written though. Make sure to save and host on a more resilient file hoster since this one is the devs link.

Is there anyway to save mel and her crew? or the whole premise of her crew was to be expendable and simply for the purpose of starting the renee route?
A good gallery mod would go a long way. Current one on the main page shows strictly animations with no dialogue when it should be the dialogue leading up to the scene and the dialogue within the animation.

Is it even worth downloading and my time?
Consider that the last time I thought t was worth was Wallis 1, so is it better than the slop that came after Wallis 1?
I thought this was Demetria... after half an year, but I guess they can always disappoint no matter how low your expectations are.

DOn't know, since i quite liked Wallis route (even if it was light on the artwork department). This seems to works as a hook for Renee's route but at the same time it was several months just for this. Their schedule issues are a problem... At this rate they won't release a Renee part 1 until 2025.
Man i wish there was a female protag version of this

I was on the fence about Melody, but I find her one of the better additions for sure, and I love the sneaky Renee route tease, lol.

Not that I've seen, but being a female, or futa goes against kind of the world itself in the game. Males are third class citizens, and are treated just a bit better than slaves, while females have it much better in comparison, and futa are the top of the list. That mod would have to rewrite the whole background story of the game just so it makes sense, or it would just be a immerse breaking/ignore it experience with no art, since the MC is clearly male/femboy.
