Those are the Good Endings to the Routes, i'm pretty sure brutal things happen to you on the Maso/Bad endings/Branches of certain routes (idk if all routes) if you behave like a submissive doormat pervert in them.
There's different scenes you don't get if you're respectable and supportive to your partner throughout (or respectfully do whatever they want from you to gain their respect).

I joined the FDW Discord server from a link on Patreon (I'm a paid supporter), but I don't see the BindrChat channel or whatever it is. Maybe because my Discord email is not the same as Patreon email? From the support channel it does seem like a text-only chatbot. I can't tell for sure.
