No doesn't work that way. If you've learnt how sexual organs development works, you'd know the labia is the equivalent of scrotum, and the clit is the equivalent of the penis. If the scrotum is formed, the opening to the vagina is closed. At best you can have is bulged labia but the opening would be in the center with the bulged parts on the side rather than having dangling balls covering the opening. See below. kinetic novel is the best way to describe it as there are no choices really you just read through it if it were actually a game there would be some decisions along the way that help to shape the story ....though i agree this has no real story or character either
