No, I did not know, obviously. I'm probably too old for that shit. But let's get back to topic.

Anyway, I saw it actually has a Loli tag on DLsite too. Still doesn't make sense though.

I did a full save post in another thread ><. This is in game-clear level-select with 0 "corruption"/SS-C liking (Semen-Squeezing Creatures). As you keep having H with enemies, your fetish for SS-C increases, viewable in "State" menu section. At level 5 you get Exhibitionism, I think. Haven't seen other thresholds.

at level 6 you get permanent erection + I thiiiink permanent throbbing body? no idea what that does though so lol
level 9 or 10 i believe gives heart eyes which is purely cosmetic

Mesugaki are bratty and provocative younger characters, often being loli but not always, and this character definitely seem at least in her teen.

Also just FYI, there are extra fetishes listed on DLsite description that may not be your cup of tea:

I would love to see an Uncen patch for this. I'm generally too busy watching the dashed lines on the road to learn to make one myself....lol
