Full game is now available! 8 different endings can be unlocked.
Now a few words about this project and the future:
After almost one year of continuous development I have finally completed my first game. Most of this time was actually spent working on the story, before I even started doing any renders or programming. The initial release of this game was a real shit-show because of the cursed character models featured in the 0.1 version... Since then I have been trying to learn from my mistakes, listen to the feedback, and improve my skills little by little. Now I’ve finally reached a final product that I’m satisfied with. The goal of this game from the beginning was to create a visual novel that was very experimental and unique that would be focused on dominant-futanari-impregnation. I think I accomplished this goal for the most part.
Anyway, that’s all I have for Futanari Revolution for the time being. Maybe I will release a small update to fix bugs or typos as well as some graphic improvements to the earlier scenes.
New game in development:
For my next project I want to try something different and more interactive: a brothel management game (male protagonist in the first releases, Futanari protagonist option being added later). In addition to courtesan sex training, it will also feature polygamous marriages and a pregnancy system. I always liked those kind of sandbox games and I think I will have a better time developing it since I can focus on the sexual content, world building and character development instead of trying to come up with some kind of elaborate plot and narrative. I will try to release a functional demo as soon as possible so if you’re interested in NSFW management games then look forward to it.

If I am to recall, accept at the beginning, then say no to everything except to shoot the soldier, then don't shot the mayor but choose not to take the drug. After that, I think that you're in the go.
I can confirm that either option of going to the hospital with your boss won't affect the Envy ending. It's possible that a lot of these endings are "point based" so depending on how much you side with the group affects what options are available.
For anyone who got to this page and is curious: this game clearly does have sexiness, but this is also one of the least "vanilla" games possible. There's not a lot of cheating/netorare outside of a few specific things, but this is a game where if you play it after the first choice you will be killing a lot of people and raping others (even if said 'rape' is due to the other party being sedated/brainwashed due to drugs). This is not a "lovey dovey" game and after finding all 8 endings, there is no truly good ending to this 'revolution'. This isn't meant to bash the author btw, this is just "don't go into this game thinking you can be a pacifist with a harem and everyone is happy in the end", it's NOT that kind of game.
Kinda wish there was a "good" ending so far since a bunch of this is more "become the monster you beat", obviously playing through there's a bunch of stuff that'd be great to look into/challenge that I haven't seen yet (i.e. all the "servants" being mind controlled/drugged from the start, Erika doing things for bad reasons, etc.). I'd also like to see any plot point about how 'virile' your character is or to possibly be on a receiving end (besides Erika) as I've got a thing for futa+futa stuff. I know it's "hand waved" that they aren't able to breed each other, but there is a point regarding how virile you are...

*edit: comment below has last ending with instructions how to get. I looked at the Renpy code to confirm as I only thought there was the 8 endings total, and as far as I can tell, unless there is another ending on one of the earlier chapters besides the "don't play" ending, the ones I posted and the one below are all of the endings.

Game was pretty good, unexpectedly it actually had some pretty decent dystopic writing. Also for what it was, a relatively short porn VN, I feel there were no thematic mistakes, the design was competent and most of the criticisms I could have would have probably been solved in a longer game. Still, I figure I can voice some of them and hope they can be constructive for future games.
But yeah, picky criticisms aside, the game had a lot of good things to it. I like how the charms of the characters were well balanced with their flaws, making them pretty interesting characters but also very easy to hate at times, perfect for the dystopic tone of the story. I also liked the world-building, even if some elements of it were parody, I really enjoyed how well estabilished the fisterhood as well as some other unique elements of the game's world were. Also the action scenes were pretty cool, some of them were decently immersive and I feel the whole sequence from the riot to the mountain battle was tight, it made sense and neatly tied up many elements of the story. Overally pretty enjoyable VN, I wish the dev good luck on their next game.

i got the wrath ending which was not what i excepted coming into this game i basically just put a futa kim jong un into power while impregnating countless women along the way 10/10 GOTY
