Darktoz Games are kind of unique so it is hard to recommend something similar

Actually, most of Darktoz's games are connected. This one, The Asylum, the one about a running-man-style competition, and of course, the Femdom City games. I think only Captured by Dark Elves and at least another one are not connected, or at least, not directly (there are cross-references and some of the characters appear under different roles, but otherwise the connections are very limited).

Too bad there's so little games with shemale on male content, and can't think of any game but this one that has that as primary focus.
With lack of games with similar content in higher quality or with more content in them, this game rates high in my book..
