Is there a way to add the DLC`s from the other version to the new one? like can i just the old folder with the new one and play the new update with the DLC`s from the other download also unlocked?

what is the difference of the 0.50+dlc and the normal download?

The version with the +DLC is outdated. The normal links are for v0.50 Part 2, whereas the links with +DLC are for v0.50 Part 1, but they include the DLC bonus content. I don't remember exactly what all is included in the DLC, but I think it was mostly just some outfits with minor combat buffs. Pretty sure there's no significant content you'd be missing out on by playing without the DLC.
