According to dev he was doing the smaller 3 parts to reduce workload and to keep the game updated regularly. But a lot of people said they like the bigger updates and you can see how unsatisfied people were with the last one.
Exactly, 'cause Scarlet said that he thougth that this time span would be more relaxed for her/him and ended up burning them even more lol, so they decided to go back to the time span of two to three months.
