The only problem i have with this game is how difficult it is to follow routes, i think the easies way is to have a save for every route but even then every route have difference routes... my head, i need a walkthrough and we definitly need a gallery so we can know what scenes we are missing...

There are only two routes, determined by two choices. Any other options only slightly change the scenes.

My dude, the routes are virtually linear and when you switch routes a notification appears in the top left of your screen. Afaik there are currently three routes: Netori, Depravity, and Futa x Futa.

Making a save for every decision fork is also easy since this is Ren'Py and you have functionally unlimited saves and the ability to rapidly fast-forward through text.

Hah beginner, give Healslut a try and you'll see what is true difficulty lol. This is child's play, but I think what you wanted to say is : the most difficult thing is to understand on which route you are lol. Futa on futa is obvious, the one I don't understand si the diffecrence between netori and depravation route (sure you have that variation scene with purple head but apart form that?)...

i agree ive done this with the last update i had to load it and play a bit to find out i also hope this next update has a gallery

It ain't that hard. Just save before choosing an option during the game and depending if it's a crucial one or not you'll see at the top of the screen some letters saying that you have entered a certain route.

the most difficult thing is to understand on which route you are lol. Futa on futa is obvious, the one I don't understand si the diffecrence between netori and depravation route (sure you have that variation scene with purple head but apart form that?)...

Basically it goes like this:
1. Netori
2. Depravity
2.1. futa x futa (being a sub-route to depravity
2.1.1 futa x futa (semi-dom)
2.1.2 futa x futa (sub)

Difference between netori and depravity in general would be:
In Netori Route Milly (the MC) makes an conscious decision about wooing others getting laid (cucking others/stealing other's LI -> netori). Or in simple terms: Milly recognizes her desires and she's clever about 'romancing' other characters and thus satisfying her urges instead of becoming a victim to those.

Depravity as it was in the initial version was practically refraining from acting on getting others LI at the expense of her willpower (Milly would at some point be overwhelmed by her desires and would pounce on Hana -> also the reason for the rape tag)

As previously discussed/mention by others: futa x futa route opens up in the depravity route and can only differentiate in details as to Milly be full sub or trying to grasp at some semblence of dominance over certain partners

Man now that I see things like this, it's like having everything making sense on a board. I already understood why she couldn't completely dom in the FutaxFuta path but I didn't know how to explain it to others. For her to assume a complete dominant role, it can't be on the depravity since this one basically means she's a slave to her desires. When the futaxfuta is basically a subsection of the depravity one. Wheras, like you said in the netori, she's more in control of the situation and her desires and also a lot more sane.
So, for her to completely dom the path would need to be a subsection of the netori path. I don't see it happenning now, but who know maybe in the future if a futa plays dangerous games in the netori she'll decide to take matters ino her hands.

Maybe i'm wrong but, If scarlet does an update of a certain route they doesn't add scenes from another characters from other routes like.. having sex with idk, Hana in the FutaxFuta path as an example.. it just focus on the characters of the path.. hopefully at some we'll get a trio maybe? Something like Futa concoction as an example with Nemona and Lazuli sharing the girls to eachother
