There is, but since it's still considered the "bad" ending (unlike the Netori path), it'll still be about Milly losing some (if not all) of her girls to other futas.

You know what would be amazing? That Milly's suave wingwoman shtick in the Netori path does not only apply to Ollie and Hana's relationship but also to every single one she wants to mingle with, all for the sole purpose of manipulating the couple and wetting her dick in the girl (or girls). It hits a sort of different vibe that Milly can be this approachable and sometimes genuine futanari that might back a guy up for romance, but is also giving his girlfriend/wife the most mind-blowing sex ever the next hour.

Feels like this game is slowly losing it's charm. It started off great but it's beginning to feel rather uninspired and bland, at least when it comes to the sex scenes. Nearly every new scene consists of "We fuck? We fuck", followed by a single animation loop viewed from 2 or 3 angles while they're screaming ridiculous hentai-inspired phrases (which isn't hot at all to read imo, but maybe that's just me) ... The end.
Couldn't hurt to add a bit more variation, some buildup, a BJ scene here and there to spice things up a bit. After all this time we've seen the MC suck one dick I believe? Which wasn't even with Natalie or Andrea, just some stranger (which is fine btw, I think scenes like that are great and exactly what this game needs more of, no matter who it's with).

to be honest i didnt see anything different, save left off and ended exact same place as 1.3.4... so no clue what the download was cuz i didnt see anything different. If it was bugfixes at least id figure the dev would say something about that instead of just NA

First of all, I'm not an authority on what's going on in this game, I'm not a patron. I'm just going off of what I read on the public Patreon posts.
Second, I'm not sure what you mean by that question. I put the word "bad" in quotation marks because this route, I think, was described as such at some point. As in, from the story POV. Me personally, I enjoy it just as much as the Netori path.
