To anyone stuck on Rei Stage 8/9 (The Call Rei) because they don't have a phone.

There seems to be an issue where the $banner_view variable is not updated to 1 and thus the right hand part of the screen doesn't load (thus you can't access the phone)

I just did a find and replace $banner_view is 1 with $banner_view is not 1 which seemed to have fixed it

Edit:
For anyone who can't access the guide and whatnot, its the same issue. Do the same fix

It looks like there is no way to enter Saeko apartment.


But using back button in guide page moves you inside other apartment, when exiting it you end inside this building and can go to Saeko apartment.

You can get into the Apartment but you have to unlock it first though Remu's path.
Its the one which you need to have 60,000 and Julia's stage 15

You can also use the 'Guide TP' glitch to get into School after the gates close
