It's supposed to look like this like in the screenshots but in-game there isn't anything modeled inside, I just see the silhouette of the penis (or the censor if you're playing without bepinex)
Maybe there's something wrong with your game files, for me it's perfect, both the penis model and the x-ray vagina. Also the animation of the penis inside the vagina when the x-ray is shown. Try installing the game again.
What problem? Most of the translation (mostly dialogue) is done by MTL so the quality is off course not good, only some (mostly menu) are done manually by awesome people here. But there is no problem at all, no crash/stuck etc. (going to level 3 here).

nvm, fixed it by saving and reopening the gameim stuck in the character creation app, help

Installed game again, issue still persists. Tried running as administrator, running fresh save file, still no dice.
what version of the game? install 1.05.02, then marco's patch
that's what i did - no issues here
maybe try completely delete old files first for clean install
For anyone with "cannot progress" bug. It's a bug with the save data slot. So please delete the \AppData\LocalLow\Studio Tris\GalsCollector to be a true fresh install.
I am aware of the online save editor, but thank you for mentioning this for others that may not know

A general tip, things are almost never labeled the same as they are in game, so just reference the exact number from the game before changing anything.Pha!.. Yeah, 1.05.2 having that shitty bug of start, that making a problems with raising up a rank.
That does not linked with a fact of starting new game (it exist always).
If you starting with tutorial - you will stuck on 0 (zero) rank even with completing a task.
If you starting without tutorial - you will stuck on 1 (one) rank (with 1 SP) even when you executing all tasks.
XP coming fast up to 9'999 but it is useless.
One thing you can do - selling info's, storing points and of course f*cking b*ches up to they lost they sense.
.And, you can't up hypnose level more then 10 & serve state.
Someone was too fast to set a [complete] tag to this game...

Probably set off a doorstop does not work fully correctly...

I had forget about switch to jpn-local; after that and fully removing save info as pointed in quoted post all working normally - and tutorial and task's progress. But, reusing my prev save file is not possible ; had removed it.Sorrow, but it is my bad

I follow your suggestion but it still all Japan text, Menu, Dialog, even setting.

Looks like there's something wrong with either Bepinex or the translator plugins in your game.
Just download the game from hollywoodf95 link, it's already configured correctly. Should have no problem. Just make sure your firewall doesn't block Bepinex files to connect to internet to translate the text.
I've been having a problem where the game hasn't been translating at all since version 1.05. What should I do? Should I download BepInEx or something?
For me what fixed both problems was deleting everything, including the studio tris in the appdata/locallow. I think the bugs in older downloaded versions aren't removed if you don't also remove the old studio tris folder where save files are.Pha!.. Before I switched locals I tried to removing full save data - it is does not work for me.
Only switch to jpn local helped me as main action of resolve; after that removing previous save was only result of it, because it savefile was simply useless; I think I can simply start a new game over it prev save (with in-game interface) and all be fine, but I not checked that.
Check *.ini-file of Doorstop, probably you have set it off (false).
But, even with Doorstop set on not all phrases in game will be translated - his will try to net-connect (I blocked that, it is endurable for me).
More there can be problems with your OS and compability - try run *.exe as Admin (In my OS if I run not as Admin - a game's sound don't playing, then if as Admin - all working; but if I set Doorstop to off - a sound working without any relation to user's rights. Yeah, using Doorstep giving us additional compatible problems).

Deleting the folder in \AppData\LocalLow\Studio Tris\GalsCollector seems to improve the situation but the game continues to crash whenever I ask to do something in the "sex" menu
