I recommend downloading and using the "Optional Grammar Patch" in the OP ... not only does it fix all the annoying grammar issues, it also corrects a bug that is possibly related to your issue at the hotel. The grammar patch didn't fix much. I compared with the original files and it only offers a few minor fixes in chapters 1 and 5. Unfortunately, with all the issues regarding wrong tenses, weird expressions and countless minor errors, almost every single line of dialogue would need to be revised for the grammar to be acceptable.

I wouldn't really call my situation a bug. It has more to do with the dev starting a low level path but not following through with it. At this point it'd be easier to rework the sex minigames with their overly complicated point systems and throw out the whole low level branching. All that is needed is to compare the attraction and corruption scores to decide which Meredith's path the game should put the player on.
Right now, due to achieving only level 1 for both attraction and corruption and since the if-else statements aren't consistent in chapter 5 when it comes to comparing the levels, I've been getting mixed dialogue in chapter 5. As I don't care at all about Meredith, I'm going to let it pass for now. Maybe I'll change the stats in the console if the ending doesn't satisfy me.

Is this game really good guys? While I liked the prologue and the graphics overall, the dialogue in the first meredith and julia scene is so awkward. Does it ever get better? This doesn't make sense since the MC is supposed to be a smooth ladies man. Also why did they make the first girl fat...

Hmm ... as the author of said grammar patch, I can assure you that's exactly what I did -- I read/proofed/edited every line of script in every chapter. So either I've done a really shitty job of packaging the files (I will check and confirm), or you didn't install it correctly.

Edit: Yep, that's entirely on me. Working on fixing the zip file now.

my first try is divided between Attraction and corruption and the second try is just all Corruption, then when I finished my second run, that's when I notice that there are two attraction ending, So I thought there's a corruption path. So I played for the third run and on the last sex scene, I saw some additional scene compared to the first run I did but when the sex scene is over, why is it still stated 2 out of 2 attraction path? even though I played 3 times, with different ending. My second run by the way, is the husband just ran away. how many endings are there?

Yeah, that was entirely my fault. In my defense, I was traveling at the time and trying to coordinate the final changes with the dev made things a bit frantic, but regardless, it was a deplorable attempt at version control on my end.

The post has been updated with a new zip to download that should provide a much better experience.

No worries, glad I could bring attention to it. The updated patch definitely seems to have a lot more fixes so I'll give it another shot. Also, thanks for your contributions

There are basically 4 endings ... 2 attraction and 2 corruption, and either with or without Tommy joining.

1. Attraction -> Tommy can stay
2. Attraction -> Kick Tommy out
3. Corruption -> Tommy can stay
4. Corruption -> Kick Tommy out

I was hoping to steer the game into sharing her with him, unfortunately I think that's a big faux pas around these parts.

There is no point in diving between corruption and attraction. If you don't get enough corruption or attraction levels, you're gonna miss content. Go either corruption or attraction. All the scenes are different depending on whether you are on attraction or corruption path.

Game of Hearts has no business being this perfect! While I'm sure this work of art and sensual epic is mostly wasted on gooners like us, I for one am grateful to the dev for choosing to cater to us savages and electing to elevate the genre rather than dedicate their obvious talent and effort elsewhere.

If I wasnt using a renplay mod I would of missed 2 scenes already.. I could of missed more tho, thats what I just noticed while using it. So its basicly one of those games, if you arnt picking the correct answers and getting perfect scores, You will miss content :/ and the sexy scenes

Thats really the only frustrating part I guess, Well I suppose lack of monster girls is another. The game has demons, but its just the human kind of demons.. we need the monster girls ! :3 Where art thou at! :3 And... the MC having another personaly already beforhand and is just living a double life, kinda makes me disinterested in the story more It seemed like the narrative would be more fun if he generally didnt know what the fuck he was and being living life normally. And thinking he just had a terrible mother who didnt love him.

The games not bad overall, corruption of Merdith is kinda interesting. So its not all doom and gloom

The walkthrough mod edits the script files directly with the additional info, so no they're not compatible at the moment because the grammar patch replaces all the script files.

If/when I can find the time, I thought about creating another version of the grammar patch with the wt mod baked in, but I can't promise that'll be anytime soon.

You can open that file yourself and just delete the ":" that appears after "dissolve" in line 1253 ... or you can , which I just updated with this issue fixed.
