Sometimes they're fan made, sometimes they're dev sponsored, where the dev sends the duf files or KK/HS cards to a fan to pose for them, and sometimes the dev makes them themself. If nobody's come forward offering to make any then it's probably a good move so you can get yourself some free publicity.
Well, that will have to do. If you want something better, you'll have to do it yourself. Thats all I could achieve with my amateur skills.
