The file from mega link does not run.
It says it needs 'UnityPlayer.dll'
When i use the one from another game, it still does not start. It crashes with 0x0007b error .

Can you confirm the game runs?

a lot of bugs....

-once after entering the name it just showed a black screen, needed to start a new game again,
-when in the dance club and broken, if you click on the menu to go to the bar it fades away and there is no possibility to go back....

Yeah, I noticed the Details menu wasn't persisting when loading saved games. I've just fixed that I reckon.
Did you notice the menu disappearing in other scenarios or was it just when loading a game?

a lot of bugs....
e.g.
-once after entering the name it just showed a black screen, needed to start a new game again,
-when in the dance club and broken, if you click on the menu to go to the bar it fades away and there is no possibility to go back....
I'm able to replicate the player name bug, seems to happen occasionally unfortunately. I'm working on figuring out why that's happening.
Regarding <broken> links, clicking them will lead nowhere in the dialogue system - you can save your game and reload if you click any accidentally. (which should pop you back to the entry point for that area)
I'll have most of those gone in the next release.

I'm very disappointed at the lack of gliders and turing-completeness.
Wrong Game of Life my friend! You won't find any cellular automation here.

The stats menu in upper right corner has disappeared and will not pop up again no matter what I do.
Hitting Esc or reloading a save did not help.

I'm stuck at evening the first day with no way of advancing time. No one to interract with either.
I went to the dads offixe, the clinic and did a chore for mom, cleaning the bathroom. After that, no stats menu and stuck in afternoon.

love the concept of the game, man. one huge bug i keep running into is that the bus wont take you back home

If you press Esc and then click Resume, does that not restore the Details menu?
I've only ever saw the menu disappear when loading a saved game, did yours just disappear whilst playing?

The absence of the Details menu shouldn't really impact gameplay at the moment, all it does is show the sub/dom stat and the number of Camaron doses once they are unlocked. If you click the 'Evening' button in the top left it should progress to Night, then you can go to your room and get to sleep to begin the next day.

Are you male or female (in game) and when you say it isn't taking you back home, what happens when you select "Home" from the bus menu?

Giving it a try just now, and the first thing I noticed is that the text (and the UI overall to some extent) is pretty small -- probably because I'm using a 2560x1440 monitor. While it's still readable, it isn't what I would call comfortable to read. You might want to have it scale (more) with resolutions, or give a scaling option for the UI and/or the font size.

Second thing I noticed, which is imo a 'problem' with most unity games(not that big a deal, but still...), is that there is only one button to advance the text -- space in this case. You might want to add left click and/or enter.

-Just finished the introduction and gave myself a name. Now I'm stuck at a black screen. No matter what buttons I press, the game won't continue. The game was still running though, since I was able to save.

-Restarted the game and loaded the save I made. I seems to work now. You might want to check on this issue though.

- Writing overall seems good, though the game could use some additional descriptive writing and/or transition scenes in between some(a lot?) of the scenes/choices to make the scenes blend together better. Not just: hi mom -> [hug] + some dialog -> Who do you want to see next [make a choice].
- As you also noted yourself, the UI, while functional, could use an update.
- letting you make choices with numbers is nice. You might also want to add notepad numbers though -- which imo is far more comfortable to use.
- add a load game option to the menu(not just resume, save and exit).
- some screens don't show the menu(e.g. downstairs hall).
- I don't know how your save/load function is suppose to work, but when I load my game, it doesn't load to where I was.
- I tried skipping and accidentally clicked right control. This however made the text box invisible, which made me have to load the game.
- add a "back" option for some choices. If for example I use the laptop and only get an option to masturbate, why can't I go back to the previous choices and call someone? Now by using your laptop, you're pretty much forced to masturbate. What is the point of the option "laptop" to begin with in this case? to confuse the player? Why not just name it "masturbate" to begin with? <-- this kind of railroading a very general choice into something very specific I might not even want to do, is really big pet peeve of mine. If you want me to make a choice, let me actually look at what my choices are.

While I've only played maybe 10 minutes and there is probably plenty more to say -- like giving the player the option to name saves -- I'll just keep it at that for now. I personally like both the dom and sub genres, so I'll keep an I to see how this develops. So far, although I like the writing and the theme, the game seems rather rough. I'll probably click through this alpha for another 10 minutes and call it a day. Might try it again after a few updates -- when you've ironed out the bugs, made the game more comfortable to play and added some more content.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, I really appreciate it! I'm in agreement with all of your points and I could have sworn I added a back button to the laptop menu, evidently I imagined that. I was also certain that I had disabled the 'Right CTRL' button, another one that slipped through the cracks. I reckon I've been staring at the game too long without feedback so this is all great stuff.

I like the concept, but I think the UI might need a bit of work.

  • While the panels on top left/right are somewhat huge comparing to panel with actual text on bottom which is way smaller. Maybe dock it under the "Scene" panel? So the text does not start so "low" on screen.
  • Other issue might be that your "answer" or action are even in smaller font, then the actual "action." While it is good idea to differentiate Options from Actions, this is not a good way. Or at least currently it make it harder to read.
  • On similar note, try to go for a different color of Background/Font color for better contract. This Blueish background with somewhat "orange?" tinted font is not a great choice. At least for me it makes the smaller "option" font harder to read. Playing this on 24" 1080p at comfortable ~1m range.
  • And as mentioned before if a mouseclick is a valid selector for Option choice, it should be option for screen advance as well.

Hello, I downloaded and played but any time sexual event happened I only ever had a black screen, saving and loading didn't help

As a fellow game developer I have to give you some advice...

1 - The plot - You need to give out a "why", that being a main direction to follow, so the player can put himself in the shoes of the MC, and also point out objectives, especially if you going to make a game where you can freely choose "where to go or who to fuck".

2 - The Bugs - My first to release were kind of troublesome because I was too impatient to release what it was very, very bugie, so despite the harsh critics, you can never release something with that many bug, breaks the credibility of your project and that's something hard to get it back.

3 - Keep grinding - Releasing a game, is not easy as it seems so no matter how hard it gets, keep grinding, keep working, don't ignore those who criticize, no matter how harsh it is, take it as feedback, work harder and improve yourself at each step of the way, keep up the good work and don't give up!

I hope I can see more of this project in the future, I really like this type of games that give you so much freedom to choose "where to go and who to fuck" LOL... see ya man!
