Seeking Games with a good pregnancy system

Hello I'm looking for rpgmaker like games with good pregnancy Mechanics like VH, Succubus Hunt, Hazumi and Pregnation, and the like. I DO NOT WANT ANY GURO & SCAT IN THE GAMES! Preferably fully translated not mtl soup. I would also prefer I female protag. Any reccomendations would be greatly appreciated

Also more of a realistic maybe pregnancy system (which means you could argue if that make for a good system or not I geuss) could be Kozue's Strange Journey (That game is banned on this site though due to rule 7, though imo a very light break of that if at all, so you will have to find it elsewhere)

Thanks for the recommendation but I've played your mod already. Really good btw The writing for the new scenes was flawless and seemed like it came from the original writer for the game.

have you played the Vitamin quest games? the first one is on F95, and the second game was released this year, but still isn't translated(both games give you stats from pregnancy)
