This game right here. April, mc's wife, is very much a cuckquean. There are a lot (and I mean, a lot) of scenes where she either participates or watches. Also, extremely well-written, I thought.

She falls into the category of an eager quean (she actually gets off to her husband having sex with others, as opposed to just being okay with it).

Although, I warn ya, this game is definitely not for everybody. It's a futanari (a chick with a dick and a vagina) mc, her sister Mia is in a lesbian relationship with a girl named Ivy, and the fmc has sex with her sister (Mia), and Mia's girlfriend watches and gets off on it (this happens towards the later chapters).

The entire game is actually full of netori, where the fmc cucks men and women alike.

Also, the game has a bunch of incest in it, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're not into that (although, I think it's avoidable).

But overall, the game is amazingly well-written. And, technically, this is the only game where you're playing from the perspective of a cake (but then again, I'm not sure, cause terminology gets a bit blurry when a lesbian couple and a futanari woman is involved)

Well, I'm not 100% sure on the terminology, but I think when people say "reverse NTR", they mean Netori, wherein the protag is having sex with characters who are already in a relationship with someone else.

F95's own definitions suck major ass. According to the official Tags Rules and List thread,

It doesn't specify whose romantic interest is involved with whom. And by this definition, games only containing reverse NTR can't be tagged with NTR. And F95 doesn't even have tags for Netorase (which is consensual sharing) and Netori.

Now, I have to warn you, the game (the old release) was initially all about regular NTR, so I can't recommend it.

In this new release, don't forget to download and install Joker's mod (to make sure you make the correct choices for yourself), and at some point (close to the beginning of the game) you are given a choice to permanently disable NTR (cuckqueaning obviously doesn't count as ntr, so don't worry).

And also, I have to concede that grammar could stand to be improved in this game, and depending on your level of tolerance, it may or may not get in the way sometimes.

But other than that, the game is really amazing (though pretty short so far) if you're looking for cuckquean content.
