Between Two Worlds had its first confirmed pregnancy with the last update. Looks like there may be more on the way in the future but for now we got the one. It's not just for one path either... I got it on both of my playthroughs so it's part of the main story.

The Lust City has its first confirmed impregnation with the release of Ch. 2. The actual impregnation happened in Ch.1 with the announcement and the showing of the pregnancy happening in Ch. 2.

Yeah, I'd remove it, otherwise you'd be adding every game not hosted by F95 because of their lack of tags.

Got another game for special cases/misuse of the pregnancy tag. The List https://f95zone.to/threads/the-list-v0-08-uncle-loco.140284/ is tagged with pregnancy but at this point there is no meaningful pregnancy. I feel it is coming, but it's not there yet. The pregnancy I assume is due to an alternate ending where it says a character became pregnant but there is no scene nor is there a render showing her pregnant. As of current release the best you're getting is a scene where a girl asks you to give her a baby.

sorry for the late reply had some computer issues
so is there any way to know the character is pregnant outside of completing the game? a graphic of a sperm entering an egg, a girl saying shes 'going to be a mom', a positive pregnancy test?

the only pregnancy that happens is an early ending you can trigger and all you get is one slide showing you and the girl side by side with a caption saying we later found out she was pregnant. It's not on the main path. So far on the main path the best you get is one scene where a girl asks you to put a baby in her. Like I said, I'm sure there will be pregnancies at some point it just isn't now and yet it has the tag... figured I let people know.
