Seeking Games with Monster Protagonist and Pregnancy?

Just like the title state I'm looking for games where you can play as a monster whether female or male doesn't matter. Preferably you can impregnate other NPCs in the game and see their pregnancy.

2d and 3d games are welcomed.

The only game with this premise that I know of is Ravager.
