If you get the error with weird lines and squiggles that's a language error, you have to open the game in japanese with something like locale emulator.
Does anybody have the full gallery for this? Links perhaps. I watched the hentai version and it's not as extreme as this one imo. Thanks

Game was not lauching so I tried to rename the executable from 輪姦媚薬中毒.exe to notmoonrune.exe and is working fine now.
Replace notmoonrune with any A-z alphabet word.

i got locale emulator working for launching the game but its stuck at full screen and scaled so that major parts are cutoff, i cant find anyway to change it in config files
edit* windows scaling settings fixes this issue
