No way to lock just personality.
There a setting that allows you to lock all your equipment, so it doesn't change from encounters. The downside is that you won't be able to get the equipment from the enemy's sexual attack they used in battle.
You can access it from setting item the key items menu or from sherry's house on the second floor.
None of the initial companion that you get at the beginning do much. They seem to only have a unique H-event that you can unlock for each one of them. The event for Himari is unlocked in the forest path and it's a grind to get to as it's the one with the highest level enemies out the 3 paths.
Her attacks inflict the curse status affect which does about 1/3 of the enemies max hp each turn. It only good for a few fights in the game and at that point shunka can unlock a skill better than any that Himari ever gets.
God this game throws so much shit at you, 6 gorillion levels, 90 million powerups, jesus, those +100hp consumables are a piss in the sea once you get to a decently high level, theres so many weapons that do the same thing but differently. They are just cluttering the game, i cant be bothered with the weapons and their enchantments, just because its tedious af. And the fucking sex tent, +30 lvl sounds nice, but you have lvl 7k enemies at some point, all of those buffs just sit there because its faster to just kill someone and level up than to actually use them.
And the fact that enemies dont really drop anything other than those consumables, the fights feel meaningless and everything about this game turns into a chore.
You have so many outfits, i actually like that, but you have to scroll through endless sea of them to find out if you found something new because the text that tells you what you picked up just fucks off before you can read it and you cant store atleast some of the ones you never wear. Once you finally equip the right things, these days i just go by looks rather than stats, coz min maxing doesnt really matter in this game tbh, some fucker bites you in the neck and equips something completely different (granted you can turn that off) atleast add some save preset kinda thing.
The same issue that plagues so many rpgm games - 4 fucking player controlled characters, fuck me, you run into fights every 10s after the last one and it just takes so long to get through one if you actually use all the *best* skills, so this game has turned into hold down enter and control so it just skips everything and i just spam the highest dmg stuff, even then it is a drag.
The repeating H scenes where you just spend minutes looking at the same animation of some chick flicking her tongue even while holding down the skip button. UUUUGGGGGHHH
I want to get to the wriggle area but it feels like im working a part time job going through this game

Honestly. This game just has too much of everything. And with no walkthroughs on how to get each ending and it being a maze in a lot of areas. I just can't bring myself to try and get all these endings. It's just taking way too much time and feels like a chore. I'll just watch all the h scenes and call it a day. Hopefully witch knight Anna comes out soon
Ok so problem with this one is that there is no cohesion in story. There are a lot of transformations while some are good and all of them gives out some great outfits, best part of the game, its meaningless because there are lot of them and they have 0 impact. My MC became a demon pig, and then demon slave, besides name change and outfit change nothing happened. Just nothing. If on one end we have games with 0 transformations/corruptions throughout the game, this game has n number of transformations that you will start to get tired of them.
the game has 4 endings 1 for each main character and the final ending in this 4 route that for convenience I will call it a distortion because many strange things happen and even many new bosses appear that are versions of others and new events inside like portals and many of these I did not know how to do sorry I did not understand Japanese and that hahaha, but if the last route is very complicated too much I would say to the point that I got stuck with the final boss and I could barely do two to 3 bosses in its alternate version, also to do this route you need to have passed the other three and there is also a sub system linked to this one that I will call it taboo I never knew what it is for but taking certain objects increase your taboo level also returning to the normal world after finishing an ending finishing it in the same route if it is not necessary restart the I play almost 0 but as I said this gives you taboo. (If someone can tell me how that works I would be very happy and if I used provisional names since this happened to me for a while hahaha). By the way, to take advantage, does anyone know how to get the scenes from the other cult? Haha, I could never get those scenes haha.

When it comes to the main Story and other party menbers, the demon lord route so far had a lot of TFs that are a core part of the story so your post isn't even that accurate at all

The point is not to lock you in any choice or route againt your will. You're free to follow or not the transformations given to you by the game or use your favorites.
Freedom is probably the best word to describe this game, on that regard.
I wouldn't say it has zero impacts too, as it affects your abilities in battle, which is important in the hardest difficulties.
It certainly results in a strange game but I have fond memories of the gameplay at high levels.
It has been ages since I played the japanese version (I did clock 50h+ on it), so take the following with a grain of salt.

Man, I got stuck in the Sun Capital prison dungeon after Shunka left the party and
Dunno how to complete, the last room full of prisioners has a wall covered in flesh with a open passage but I can't go in, interacting with it does nothing either

I finished my first ending and I noticied that even after having Shunka back in my part in NG+ she still has
There is no issue here, right? Should I remove the skill or there is no problem as long I don't repeat "these" steps again?

if you pick up the red mask shunka will give you the black onyx item after you meet her outside the head chamber in which the entire place is in ruin
there is no issue , none of the ending is affected by having h abilities
