Not sure what happened here, but both Eva and Allie's schedule are missing. Here's the fixed save.
Thanks for the fix but it seems something still off. I saw a baby room on another save here and some other events like going to church etc. In my case these not there. Also I tried to for the second child for Allie but still nothing.

Oh yeah, i just checked your save again, and there's still some missing variables. Your Allie's event 9 isn't complete yet. I can't fix the save now, but you can use the cheat code that other people have provided.

To activate the cheat, go to your house → bedroom → toggle, then enter the cheat code there. After that, on that same page, go to "Character" → "Edit character variables" → "Allie" → and use the cheats there to complete/reset her event 9.

You need the Alienware phone which you can get by walking at the park at night and encountering the alien spaceship crash. This encounter is random, so you might have to do it A LOT of times. I suggest saving before trying this so that you don't waste time. After you have that phone, you can press "s" on your keyboard to see if the impregnation is successful or not.
Currently only Eva and Allie can get pregnant.

Not sure what's going on but when I try to have sex with Eva when Lucas is home I get all the buttons but no way to finish. I end up having to use the "stuck" button. The same thing happened when I was at the bar and won the bet with Lucas and she asked me to return the winnings. No way to finish. My bar stopped at 50% and even if I pushed her to 100 times 100% there was no way to cum. Just wondering if this is one of those slow burn things where I have to let the scene sit for a few minutes on each option in order to advance or is there something else I could do?.
How come I can't seem to buy houses? the button is locked in red, eventhough I do have sufficient funds (I editted in sugarcube)
Can no longer access the Eva Bar or Hiking dates, not sure why they're just redded out.

If you open the CHARACTER tab and see Eva's character name bar in red, then no. She's basically removed from the game.

Bad design choice ngl, Sandbox games means u can fuck up with maybe just time or stat debuff as a penalty.
I watched the images in the folder and the game seems interesting.

For her bar event, and also her hiking event, they have almost the same requirement. You need to:
- Have at least 1 energy
- Eva must not be pregnant (for the bar event)
- The time must be appropriate (between 8AM - 11PM for the bar)
- Eva's event 12 must not be active
- Eva's event 15 must not be active
So if either one of these things are not met, the button will be disabled (red).
