Hands down that needs a remake, specially since analog sticks are now a thing.
If shadowrun (snes) , wasn't remade I'd suggest that (though most of them were utter shit)

The ones I would be interested in seeing remade would be,
Threads of fate (I'm sure they could get past the legal hurdles by now "having sold the look of mint off")
And Earthbound.

Hi, how does evasion work? I have 29 evasion and Speed activated, but I’ve never dodged a single attack. I even tried just standing still to test it, and I got hit 15 out of 15 times. I've tested this multiple times in different fights, and I always get hit. I'm still in Part 1

I missed the chance to steal genex from whisper after the tournament, will I get another chance or is this it ? Is there any non villain way to get it ?

Also how do you steal genex from LYNX on non-villain path, I have gotten her regular scene, where the MC says if she gives him blowjob he won't get her genex but even if I go straight away for sex I don't get her genex.

Do you mean Karma? Because I don't think we have much interactions with Whisper at this point. Personally in case of Ginger and Karma I go for Vigilante options, which allow to steal genex.

Regarding Lynx - only vigilante and antihero can steal her genex. There are two ways of achieving that:
1) beat her during training- then if you are antihero and have "forced sex" enabled you can "FUCK HER GENEX OUT OF HER"
2) go straith to sex instead of bj, if you are vigilante or antihero you can "STEAL HER GENEX"

How do you complete the Day 69 battle? I'm left with less than half health and the henchmen literally obliterate me in one turn. I had no trouble with any fight up until this point. It's impossible for me to get past it, what the hell do I do? o_O

Remake your entire character and "cheat" by only dumping points in Energy+HP. Literally impossible to lose a fight if you do.

If it's not much bother asking, how am I supposed to do that? As far as I'm aware, the game has no mechanic to let you reset and distribute points again, right? And I don't want to start from the beginning, going through all the days, choices, taming, etc. It's just been a huge difficulty spike in this fight that I didn't expect. Sure, I'm still playing on Normal, but I didn't want to change this just at the last minute.

Sadly I think the only way is to restart on a completely new save, both I and a few others ran into the same problem where that fight just softlocks your game if you specced wrong.

Well, then I guess I'll just switch to easy difficulty and carry on. It's a weird and a poor design choice tbh, at least in my opinion. Nothing in the game prepares you for that moment or is as difficult as that fight, and it happens too far into the story for me to want to restart. It's a shame, but thank you for answering! At least now I don't feel alone, I thought that I was playing the game wrong, that I was stupid or something :LOL:

ok so, I dont know if im missing some hidden big secret, but grappling in this game seems totally broken, it seems to have a 90% chance of success, it takes a turn to TRY and break free but even if you succeed you deal no damage.

This would be fine, if Grapple was on a cooldown, but its not. I get grappled, break free, and seeing breaking free costs my turn, I get grappled again, by the same enemy, and he succeeds again, hurting me during his turns, while even if I break free I do no damage doing so, even though the breaking from grapple animation is clearly a "hit"

In general I think that the status ailments that they do are just stupid. Blind will only let you skip a turn, grapple is stupidly OP for the enemy, stun seems like it has a 50% miss chance so its fine, and freeze only lowers my attack, which I assume only means my physical damage.

Anyone got any hidden "tech" under the table to make this less grueling? I dont mind the combat (although it takes way to many "frames" or clicks because its Renpy) but the status ailments are way to brutal.

use save saveeditonline, with this you can modify everything hp mp and xp, of course keep a backup just in case and use the search system in the saveeditor to track the exact number of the stat you want to customize, just add .com for (saveeditonline)
