Not beat, no. She stopped fighting because Regina refused to attack her at all. That also gives at least some sort of power levels between characters.
By the way. How do you think power scale would look like of all characters?

2) Yakuu (this is something I'm not that sure about but she is the main guardian of Homa so she is considered more qualified than Pyeka who used to be an actual empress + has the most battle experience out of all characters except Orphelith and maybe Synanla)
3) Regina (the fact that she was able to incapacitate another main guardian even if it was in her own domain is still impressive and the fact that she was able to fight Orphelith at least for a few hours is also worth noting)
4) Kendra
(this might be surpising but she goes toe to toe with Maryen, killed her mother's purification soldiers, kept her friend "alive", and has accepted her cruel side. Kendra has a lot of feats while Maryen still struggles to take over her mother. Her only weakness is ghosts which is... comical)
5) Maryen (As said before: main guardian so obviously strong but lack of feats and her instability make her lose a spot to her sister)
6) Naya (Going off her one loss in Regina's domain, so yeah, not much else to say. Still a main guardian though, so)
7) Eliette (Seems qualified enough to be able to request to be made the main guardian, her angelic blood seems to give her some sort of creepy powers, has much stronger conviction than Maryen...)
8) Pyeka (used to be an empress and fought a lot of wars, implied to be even stronger once she finishes her "ritual")
9) Croixelle (high potential but
very inexperienced at magic and politics)
9) Diula (not much to say about her really)
10) Madea (she's the lesser guardian and her superior already lost in a fight against another guardian, sorry Madea fans)
11) Nyxmay (her abilities are limited to opponents weaker than her so...)
12) Helga (Probably the weakest of all the giantesses capable of fighting)
13) Vai'Klis (Not much of a fighter and her physical limitations are too high compared to every other character for her to be a match)

?) Makla (not much info about her, really, but she does seem to have battle experience so probably somewhere in the 2nd guardian power range?)

?) Sheina (I disagree, she went through exams that test her physical capabilities and her magic is clearly top tier. Probably slightly weaker than second guardians but still strong)
?) Cygnia (I'd have to see her do something first but she does seem to have way more control over her magic than Croix)
L) Bezvy (absolutely nothing mentioning she can fight, mostly a dating consultant/therapist but she is an angel so who knows)
L) Margarita and Kive (beat any normal human but get destroyed by any other giantess with battle experience/magic power)
