those animations are based on Koikatsu Studio Character, so you're practically right (requires some "skills" but in the end is pretty easy and doable to make for anyone)

Some reuse their Animations like Mellewd which can really start to clip with diffrent Hairstyles, others like Snacky do all animations themself which takes alot of time, but they never clip and look really good. All in all you can tell pretty easy who reuses animations and who makes them themself^^.
