If it interest you, the SP Differences I've seen so far:
-Different Penis Size (last year difference was consistent, before it it could be anything goes. I remember a Quinella animation that had 2 different sizes of penises, and a Kiana animation too, but the one shared here had only 1 variation)
-Different breast size (Only in Nezuko and some Azur Lane Animations)
-Different clothing
