The quests in this game give very little information on how to do them.
The quest of asking an old man to quit drinking says the man is near the entrance, where in fact he is inside the house near the entrance.

Gems = craft the best weapons
Best Skill for tthe last boss = Gonosen Counter (Counter every melee attack)
Also its better you have maxed all stats + nearly 1,7k HP.

EDIT: There is no boss on floor 5. If you mean the boss who attack twice then see above.

Hey Cooaga, if you go into the store with the hammer on its sign (I think it's called the Alchemy Store) and talk to the guy in the middle, and go to the middle option (Item, Weapon, Accessory), you'll be able to upgrade weapons.

In Dungeon level 2 there is "Imma enema plant" enemy. They sometime use sting attack. One sting = +10 addiction.
