Where am I supposed to deliver the thumb drive? The dialog said I was supposed to deliver to the sauna located near my home. I live in Pavlovsk and the only place matching that description is the sauna near the lake, but there was nobody there.

Update: I was able to find the correct sauna in the St. Petersburg residential area. This is quite a long distance from where the game said it was located. I'm sharing this to hopefully help others who may get stuck here too.

How to instal mods in this game?

Since you are asking how to install I will assume you already have mods so... In the girls life directory where the main game QSP is located there should be an images directory and a sound directory. There should be a "Mod" directory. If not then make one. Un-zip or rar or 7z. into that directory.

Next start the game. Once started and playing go to the Cellphone then click on settings. (gears icon) top of the main screen there should be an option called mods. Click that. you then will have 3 options. 1 exit menu. 2 install new mods. 3 disable all mods. Select new mods.

A popup window will ask for input. Type out the mod name. For example the "Whore life mod". in the mod folder is wlife.qsp type into the window that popped up "wlife". Click "OK" and boom the Whore life mod is now installed. Click "exit menu" and enjoy the game.

You will need to do this for each mod and for each time you start "a new game". Loading a saved game will automatically load the already installed mods for that game instance. I have several game saves with different mods loaded.

I've played this game so many times over the years but always with cheats on since I felt like i was going nowhere without them, The game was huge and empty at the same time.

But with the next update i really want to try playing it without(mostly) cheats for the first time.

Could you guys give me some tips on how to properly play this game? my biggest problems are quest progression and time management.

Without knowing your interests or play style that's hard to answer. This is a pure sandbox game where you're driving the narrative as to what happens to Sveta. There's plenty of content in the first year of school and we're expanding on the first year of uni with more content coming out in next release.

A steady corruption path will be ideal, When i play with cheats the game opens everything up for me which is cool for a while but gets boring fast, when I play without cheats the game simply doesn't go anywhere.


An ingame quest tab would have really helped, not just with active quests but all the quests you have available.

And maybe the quests to be in an order of progression, getting more and more perverted at the same time with the MC.

It depends on when the projects being worked on will be ready. If they can all get done in May then we'll bug fix and release soon after but if they take a bit longer to get ready and finalised then it could slip into early June.

A lot of the content has various authors or pre-date Girl Life and some like myself and overhauling existing content to fit new material in. The Journal has most of the NPC quests in it for people to explore, but many of the team likes to give a bit of mystery and surprise with discovering new content.

Both the wiki and the journal aren't really helpful, They end up making me more confused about what to do instead than help.
And to exit the game to look up the wiki it really kills the immersion girl life gives.

It would have been so much better to have a "little Helper" option you can turn on and have it send you hints on available quests and how to progress, like getting a message on your phone with "You should go to the park at 22:00 and see who is there" and after that, the continuation of the quest to be added to the journal, maybe also to give you recommendations with what quests to progress for a better flow of the game.

I would personally find an option like this EXTREMELY useful

Well it is a life sim, so it is a bit like playing a text version of The Sims but with graphic sex. The idea is you do a lot of stuff, live your life, so it is about the journey not the destination. If you don't focus on one thing a quest as you call them and just focus on living and exploring you should find yourself doing plenty of things at the same time.

This game will never have those things, this is not that kind of game. It is a life sim and built to be a life sim. If you don't like life sims, then maybe this isn't the game for you. I don't say that to be mean, but because the game is designed to be a sandbox life sim and it honestly sounds like you are not looking for a sandbox life sim.

The only clear goal the game will ever have is, living the life of a young woman in a porn parody version of a fictional Russia. Everything else is side stories encountered along the way of just living your life, but none of them are "goals" and are not designed to be goals.

Don't worry, I also came to realize this game is not for me. But I thought the same about HHS+ I gave it 8 tries and like GL It was too complicated for me and started hating it more and more but at some point I really got into it (But I needed a good walkthrough/wiki) and it became one of my favorite games. I feel like GL has the same potential but it all over the place even the wiki itself.

But I understand some games aren't for everyone, I will put GL in the "Too complicated to enjoy" basket until at least someone decide to bless us with a decent walkthrough/wiki

If you just want hints the journal is slowly being filled out with stuff, but it is only hints. The wiki is mostly player driver so just depends on when some players will want to work on it more.

Thank you for the reply. I will try to if I have time, but if I remember right, I found some doubles in the 'location' folder. Were like ALL the same images.

Is there a way to reduce/edit the days for Natasha's money lending storyline or force the next part to activate without having to just fast forward time since the game also has other time sensitive events and I don't want to to skip those. If there is a command to edit the priest's corruption level, there has to be some sort of command for Natasha's debt.
