Yeah I admit I changed the settings from a realistic game experience to easy peasy. Cause I hated the way sue was treated at school, I mean you just got groped by a pervert what should you do? you can't even afford to slap the guy without being punched in the face?!? Wtf! I hate these kind of shit, it makes me sick! Then I just remembered about a pervert doc in the city clinic. Motherfucker has been filming you and all of his patients and you can't simply do shit about it cause it will lead to game over... I was forced to load a very early save and totally avoid that clinic. This stuff just really gets to me, it's not much if you play carefully but I hope there'll be a kind soul that adds more options to chance things and do justice to the girl. This is catering to misogynistic, sadistic shit who enjoys seeing their girls (MC) being treated like shit and fall into darkness... Well, I hope writers can think of the other half of players from now on, girls in particular. edit: Add to the list prof. Ivanov, poor guy used to be bullied when he went to school, and now he does the same to his students, the girls at least. He tries to peek under tour skirt and you got to stay quiet or else you'll be brought to the principal. I chose not to give in and got spanked by the principal. detenction was also an option but I fear it's something even uglier and I'm not interested to find out...
I wasn't sure which to reply to. You've got 3 different reactions from people who work on or have worked on the game so I'm not going to judge or make emotive arguments, All I do want to add is a little history of the game so you can see where we came from and where we're heading.
The original game was simply a mod for another popular Russian game and was all based in the city. This was then modded extensively adding new content in the city and creating the Pav enviroment. The latter stuff was unplayable and bugged to ruin from various modders adding bits on top of bits on top of more bits, so we started there to make it playable and slowly added our own elements. The biggest input content wise was the school revamp where nutluck and a couple of others completely rewrote the whole schol experience. More emphasis was put on player choice (or at least illusion of choice) and less on RNG rape.
We've continued redoing stuff, someone spent a long time redoing the live in maid story which you should avoid (Tanya is lovely but both her parents will be dominant to the maid). This is in the same theme as it originally was, same for the Mistress you can meet in Mon Cheri (although resisting leads to turning the tables and gettting an unrealistically submissive slave instead).
With a lot of the remaining content all we have done is translate and fix code.
So that's the boring past bit, going forwards we do want more player choices. The need to sometimes do things you don't want to if you don't have enough willpower, ways to use magic and powers to control situations. Real dominant storylines and relationships. Magic events that together form an adventure with interesting characters and a whole hidden world to discover (we honestly have mapped out so much of this we should be in the nerd game night). We also want Svveta to be able to pursue a criminal lifestyle and many more things that would suit your gameplay.
However, all these things take time and require content creators who want and can make this type of content. So far the one thing progressing is the magic storyline with a crazy new addition mostly written.
