Technical question: how do u get the image location that's currently showing in "image" tab?

Like nutluck said, Show HTML option will do that. To get that option, you must click on the QSP player settings and go to Show/Hide drop menu. This setting determines which windows are open for the player. The objects window has the Show HTML option in it.

Ok that is a few mods. I would suggest making a trial new game with no mods and see if it happens. If not means it is one of the mods, then add in each mod one at a time until you get the error. That at least we will know where it is coming from.

As far as I know the Vicky route is the only way to meet their mother and get full access to the house.
If your volleyball skill is > 75 prior to joining then you'll be given a starting position when you ask to join the team. If you're already on the team then you need to work through the questline with the coach. After you do that, you can be made a starter by getting your volleyball skill > 70 and talking with the coach after training.

right now Vicky is the only way to unlock the mom, but eventually bgk plans to add in a way to do it from the Katja story arc as well.
I am fairly sure you can meet her & get access to the house with a high enough relationship (and relationship progress) with Katja.
Following Katja's questline will get you access to her room, but getting access to the rest of the house requires following Vicky's questline

I think the Infinite player was doing this with release version so using the sonnix player should fix it
