Yes it is now easier to get to 6 or 7 but harder to get to 8 and much harder to get to 9 or 10.

Then you don't have flawless everything, because you can get to 10 with out maxing everything. It is just much harder, skin condition which is a major part of it, was dramatically slowed down on how fast you can raise it. So once you get so high it starts going very slow, once it tells you, you have perfect skin you still have another 200 points to go before you actually max it.

Pretty much this, there is a couple of things in the game where you need a 7, then a couple of things that has a small impact on income if you have above a 7 from a couple of jobs. Otherwise 99.9% of the content in the game only needs hotcat 6 at most and a fair bit only needs a 5 or less.
What do you mean by hardcore? I mean without being a slut outcast there is plenty of rough sex, 3somes, 4somes, even a few gangbangs.

It only sets brothersex=10 when you confirm as lovers then "pull away". if you continue and initiate sex it stays at 8. may be an oversight.
Have you tried the Abduction -> Leonid storyline, it is actually pretty hardcore as is.
Isnt that the wrong direction? Considering all the partys, drugs, makeup, and so on the skin only gets worse, no matter how much skincare you do such a lifestyle for 5 years and you look wasted, so it should be more easy to get 10 in the beginning and then get trouble maintaining a good rating.
I think it's designated as the optimal age right now. It has nothing to do with skin or other variables, which is why I assume it's to represent the bodily changes from girlish to more womanly shapes. Which in turn makes you hotter on average. Hip & waist ratio etc. Those do also exist within the game but I don't think they are used anywhere.
Pretty much this, though you can still hit hotcat 10 at 16/17, it is just a little harder is all.

Thanks for the info, Just checked Windows defender and the link in the post you sent, Defender is saying there's a file named "Backdoor:Win32/Bladabindi!ml" that's causing the flag, and it's marked it as a severe flag, didn't match any of the scanned files in the VirusTotal scans.
