Tbf, some of us speak other languages but English is the common one we use seeing as we are mostly European and American. A couple do speak Russian but nutluck and myself are not in that group and its mostly us here.

You'd need to used the .bat file to make the mod from the .qproj file. You need to have python installed and some files from the main repo. Not ideal. Here:

Well in the commercial are clinic yeah , the only thing new is the materny ward but doesn't let me do nothing there and in the residential are there is no clinic.
