can someone explain how skill progression works? I've gone to a dozen of dance class in the community center but viewing the skill lvalue it seems that modern dancing skill had only advanced by 1 point? How much for me to get approached as stated in the wiki guide?

Approached by Albina? It says the exact value in the guide:

If the PC takes a dance lesson at the and her Modern Dancing skill is 50 or higher, there is a 50% chance that Albina will appear with her dance troupe, the Starlets.

The guide also advises that if you want to see that content you should probably start as a dancer, as most other starts will find it very hard-impossible to gain the required stats before the deadline to trigger it. Dancers have the necessary stats already.

Skill progression has been changed a few version ago, to make it considerably more difficult. The idea is for someone to go from 0 to 100 in 3 years of intensive regular training... You will need depending on your start potentially weeks and weeks of training. Or even months... If you are looking for the starlets arc, either get a dancer, or start in June and spend the summer training (I personally have done it with a nerd, but spent literally 4 months doing little else than training at home, running, visiting the gym and dancing lessons) . Otherwise you will miss it (At the moment if you do not join by mid October, the arc is gone). Alternatively, reduce the game difficulty as it increases greatly the skill progression.

Thank you for all this! I love it and even the player i was confused on sometimes videos not playing and working sometimes but man i see some scenes i've never had so thank you a lot skybarbie!
If you're using Windows you need to use one of the two QSP Players that I recommend in my post to see all the videos. The 64-bit version of QQSP that most players are using has lots of codec issues (some videos won't play and some will only play randomly). I tested the shit out of my event with both of the QSP Players I recommend and it works perfectly with both (all videos play 100% of the time).

Thank you for your feedback and praise!

As others have said the skill system mimics real life and takes forever to increase your skills. Two things I do with each playthrough is adjust two options in the Game Settings:

Skill/attribute difficulty - easy peasy
Disable Skill loss over time - 0% skill loss over time

Otherwise you'll be pulling your hair out (literally) trying to build up your skills. It still takes a while even with these two setting adjustments.

I've already set it to easy peasy, is it triggered by skill value or just how often you go to the class? For the former, I can just cheat the skill value

The starlets triggering event only requires you to have >= 50 in modern dancing skill, and the date to be before the 18th of October 2016.

Ha-ha, starting a new game I was pondering when and with who to lose virginity, but one night I just walked out of the room for a drink of water and the stepfather resolved the issue without any choice or mentioning it afterwards.

I usually get it out of the way by going Marcus at the dance (with the standard start) because he's really easy and quick. There might be an easier character, but I have no idea who.

The higher the skill the more it costs to raise. So there is no it cost x to advance. If you are in the mid range and above it starts really slowing down. Keep in mind the long term goal of the games is that it will last about 8 years and skill advancement etc is set to that. You can change it in the menu but changing the default difficulty

Glad you enjoy the top bit, I write for Anushka and helped write the DnD stuff.

Natasha does not play DnD with them so she is never at the DnD game night.

Some of them like Fedor and Artem have special scenes that you will ONLY see if you are a virgin when doing their story arc. There is others as well that have special such versions.

I know some people find math hard, but as someone else pointed out, it is no where near that.
