ballet is getting an overhaul fae another writer to improve the whole content, the will be creating the content fae the mundane stuff as i concentrate on adding new magic stuff. ballet will still get its magic storyline, but it is on hold until me and the author starts integrating the new storylines, expanding existing content and flesh out additional characters. we are looking at a four year arc fer the main content. this has only just started, so dinna expect miracles as we navigate this collaboration.

Got this event two time to my Sveta on 2 differents saves, one time groped pussy, one time fucked. Seem it randomly happen when you go out from bathroom just after midnight. Was under 60 relationship and never messed with him.
Dont know if it's from core game or from the mod revents.

Annoyingly, he does it in a split personality way where he is one person during the day (and that person is reflected in stats) and a maniac during nights. Seems like a side mod inadvertently patched in and wreaks the Jekyll and Hyde psychosis.

Are you saying that u r not using mods? Because I may be wrong, but there is nothing on the corridor to trigger that event, neither stepping at night to grab a drink, nor leaving the bathroom...

Are there any mods currently worth using? I've had a lot of bad experiences with mods for Girl Life in the past (not recent playthroughs, it's been a while and I'm not using any currently). They either did one of two things (or both):

1. Very buggy or poorly written
2. Not lore friendly - they don't compliment the game well - the mod doesn't feel like a natural extension to the game

I'm all for complimenting the game and adding things that are generally considered lore friendly (with some wiggle room of course for creative freedom). For example the revevents mod adds sex with the stepfather without any buildup or long corruption path, so I wouldn't use that mod. The dev team recently added in content from the brother mod (content which was complimentary to the game). There are things in the brother mod that aren't lore friendly that were skipped.

A big problem I'm seeing is that a lot of the mods are old and not well maintained if not abandoned. I'm most likely answering my own question which is probably no. If the mod doesn't feel like a natural extension to the game or has too many bugs then I'm most likely not interested.

I don't know how to make it work properly for everyone, I just patched it to use software rendered. ChatGPT suggest to run Qqsp 1.9.0 with these env vars:

I've had the same experience unfortunately. I saw a lot of recommendations for the "Additional Events" mod, but when I tried it I discovered a lot of the images used were uncompressed high-res originals (i.e. like 6000x9000px in size). Which meant I could usually only see at most half an elbow or something and I would have to scroll around to see the full image. And QSP lagged a bunch loading them. It was also super inconsistent in how it was written - sometimes text before images, sometimes after, sometimes screens with no text at all, that could be confused for QSP lag but actually just need you to interact with options multiple times to proceed. The quality of the English was also very poor.

In a way it gave me much stronger appreciation for the base game. Whatever problems it may have currently, it could be a lot lot worse!

I would say you know the answer already...
The problem with mods is the 2 things you have mentioned. Either they are not lore friendly (by a long shot in many cases), or the coding (and also bug testing as the player base is smaller) is lacking.
I can think only of Whore Life as it has a separate channel on the Discord with at least a couple of the writers/coders involved, and some comments from the team about integrating parts of it. Was updated recently. I tried it ages ago, so cannot comment on how it works with the recent changes...
The Ranch is relatively new, and again, updated just yesterday. I believe is very basic though (and I may be wrong there), more the barebones of a project than anything else... but the writer seems to popup on the server with queries relatively frequently.

I have 2 problems with the game.

1. I tried to rent an apartment in Pavlosk, my Sveta is pregnant and I asked her if that was a problem, she said she would arrange the accommodation. However, she keeps going back to the beginning of the conversation and it gets stuck in an endless loop. I had to reconsider and leave.

Typically if mods are lore friendly and work to some extent they will get merged to the main game. The few exceptions have been when mod authors have not wanted us to do this.

The extra jobs offer has never popped up like it used to.
I even cheated and pumped up modeling skill so the MC could do fashion. Still no extra jobs.

Also, I drop trying to fix this AMD problem in Windows and I just rebuilt it and running in WSL. Wasting time is my hobby, at least I was able to implement autosave every 1 minute rotating up to the 30 saves
