Optional Christina event addon & QOL edits for Girl Life v0.9.6.1

New Features/Improvements/Changes/Bug Fixes/Cheats
- Added three new options to the Objects window:
- Open Wardrobe
- Manage Toys
- +15 Minutes
- Modified the +1 Hour and -1 Hour options to reset minutes to 0 if either option is used. Not everyone may like this behavior but it allows me to control time much better without having to manually input the time in either the console or time icon.
- Created a new formula for push-ups that's more realistic (no more 250+ push-ups). Your old push-ups record will be reset once and then the new formula will be used. This should probably be integrated into the game.
- Added two new cheat codes that can be entered in the console: cheats=1 and cheats=2
- cheats=1 - basically keeps most of the player's needs maxed throughout the day. I fully understand that a lot of these options are available in the Cheat menu but I wanted one command to quickly turn them on and off. To disable this cheat simple enter cheats=0 in the console.
- cheats=2 - never miss Starlets practice, cheerleading practice, or school (no absences). No limit on photo shoots at the city center model agency. Also does all the cheats from cheats=1.
- Clicking on the deodorant icon will clear all cum, heal most pain, and reset the player's arousal.
- Full morning routine is now a full morning routine doing most of the manual tasks the player has to do every morning to get fully ready for the day. Requires cheats=1 or cheats=2 to be active. The player still has to shave however.
- If the player goes to bed after midnight, makeup is automatically removed when going to sleep. Sleep is also reduced to 40 so the player can actually sleep if they're full of energy. I know this is working if living at home with your family but may not work when going to sleep in other locations.
- I added the option to 'Leave and go to the courtyard' if on any level of the pav apartment complex. Keep in mind that some events are triggered by going up and down floors so don't overuse this feature.
- Never miss or be late to Pav High School in most cases. You can show up as late as noon and still be on time for classes. Gives the player more time to do other activities and makes for a more relaxed gameplay.
- Receive volleyball fame when participating in volleyball tournaments. Also counts as exercise with volleyball skill benefits. I reported this as a bug but it never got fixed so I fixed it. This should probably be integrated into the game.
- After finishing dance classes at the Havana Fitness Center the player is no longer forced out of the Dance menu options. You can easily do more dance classes without having to go back into the Dance menu every time. This should probably be integrated into the game.
- Can do kickboxing tournaments on Saturday or Sunday. My Saturdays are usually over scheduled so I often missed doing these.
- Higher chance of meeting the fairy in the park on the cursed school girl start.
- Higher tips for strip dancing at the Golden Girls club in the red light district. Previously, you couldn't earn enough tips to buy a Rueben sandwich. This should probably be integrated into the game.
- Much lower fame required to do sexual stuff with Vasily, Vitek, and Dan at Vasily's home while playing strip poker and watching porn with them. The fame required was 250 which you had to be a total whore to achieve. This should probably be integrated into the game.
- Play strip poker with Vasily, Vitek, and Dan as much as you want.
- Greater success chance when succubus hunting. The success chance was so low that it was nothing but a frustration (good for hair pulling I guess).
- Tatiana is more willing to have succubus sex with Sveta instead of being full of excuses (too busy).
- Greater chance of your stepfather doing sexual stuff with Sveta if you meet all the conditions for it.
- Your stepfather can now fuck Sveta in the shower when your mother is home. It was too difficult to find times when the stepfather used the bathroom when your mother wasn't home (previous requirement).
- Greater chance of getting special modeling assignments once they become available normally. The chance was so low that it was a lesson in frustration. I also removed some conditions that I didn't agree with such as having a certain Inhibition level (sluts and whores were being penalized which the game encourages) or only being able to do some events at certain times of the year.
- You can now do busking when it's cold outside as long as the weather is good. You're no longer prevented from busking during the winter months.
- Fixed a bug that would say that Albina was at cheerleading practice when she wasn't such as during fall and spring break. This should probably be integrated into the game.
- Fixed a missing video bug that still hasn't been fixed. Video not found: images/shared/sex/shower/bj0.mp4 - Changed the video to bj3.mp4 which is appropriate and matches the scene. This should probably be integrated into the game or have the missing video added to the next image pack.
- Added a new event that continues the Christina, Lariska, and Sveta storyline. The new event becomes available after you successfully beat up Christina or successfully blackmail her.
Requirements to trigger the new Christina event:
- Successfully either beat up Christina or blackmail her into letting you spend time with Lariska (Lariska is no longer Christina's pet and bitch)
- Have a perfect relationship with your brother Kolka (relationship of 100 or more)
- Be lovers with your brother Kolka (have sex with Kolka at least 10 times until it says he's your lover now)
- Own a fake ID/Passport
- Have 2300 cash on you
How to trigger the event:
- You will see Christina and Coach Pavlovich doing something they shouldn't be doing during a normal school day. You have to select 'Follow them' to proceed with the event.
- Visit Kolka on the sports field immediately after school. A new option will pop-up: 'I have an even better idea!'
Notes on the new Christina event:
Enjoy the new event while it lasts as I don't know how long I'll continue to add it into new game releases. The devs didn't add in any of my previous game enhancements and suggestions when I posted this the first time so I'm not holding my breath.
This new event is an example of what's possible when the gloves are taken off (don't have to use 1 to 2 second muted videos as one example).
The new QSP is named '
glife.qsp' so I don't overwrite the default released game QSP. You'll need to make sure you select my new QSP if you wish to play the new event and see my changes. My edited QSP and the newly released QSP should be compatible so it shouldn't cause any problems to switch between them. Backup your old save games just to be safe (you should anyway). The event is repeatable by talking with Kolka again after school at the sports field.
I won't be making custom edits for people. Take it or leave it. Play the event if you want and then go back to the original game release and your old save game if you don't like my changes.
If the Girl Life development team wishes to integrate my event or any of the changes/improvements I made it's rather easy. All my non-event changes I add a '!skybarbie' comment immediately before my changes. With the new Christina event, I add a '!skybarbie - Christina Event' comment at the beginning of my changes/additions and end with a '!end - skybarbie - Christina Event' comment.
I looked at the modding system for Girl Life and didn't like it so I won't be going that route (don't ask).

Installation
Move 'Girl Life Christina Event.zip' to your Girl Life folder, right-click on the file - Extract Here. Don't create a new folder when extracting or you won't see any videos or hear any music.
Recommended QSP Players for Windows

If you have missing videos or no videos playing you either messed up the installation or you're using a QSP Player with codec problems (the previous default QSP Player recommended by the Girl Life team was QQSP 1.9.0 64-bit which has lots of codec issues - some videos won't play). The QQSP Player I recommend above is an updated version that fixes the codec problems (the QSP player now recommended by the Girl Life dev team).
Some players using AMD video cards report random game crashes when using the QQSP Player. If a graphic card driver update doesn't solve the problem you may be better off using the Infinity player by Infinite.
Save Game
Attached is a save game for players who just wish to play the new event immediately. Helpful for those not on the High School girl path or don't want to deal with all the grind to trigger the new event. The MC's name in the save game is April (so you aren't confused when being called that). If you don't like the name of April you can easily change this in the Cheat Menu - Appearance options.
Note: If you haven't replaced the default avatar.jpg file in the images folder I highly recommend you do so. A 450x450 pixel image is highly recommended. I attached the one that I personally use if you wish to use mine. Right-click on avatar.jpg - Save link as - Save (to download it from this post).
. That seems a bit long to hold a grudge.
