The gossip and rumors are just that. Some of it is true, some is lies, most have a grain of truth but have been exaggerated.
One of the big purposes for them is to hint in subtle ways about where you might find content and just add background flavor.
My understanding is that this is an option that's randomly rolled when you hook up with someone (e.g. when they hit on you and you go straight to fucking instead of dating, as one should, given it's the much more and better developed system). After you finish your session, and you're about to live, your hookup sometimes ask you if you want to keep doing this for money. Also, if you dance with a guy in the pavlovsk community center and he invites you to the hotel, and you choose to go with him (the new content option), as far as I can tell he always asks you for a sugar daddy relationship in the end.
So I have a few mechanical questions for anyone who could answer them. Sometimes when you're fucked, I have noticed that arousal either increments very slowly (say 4 per segment), or excessively fast (for example filling more than a third of the bar in every segment). This results in you sometimes orgasming in every segment, which is very unrealistic, and disrupts the flow of the emergent scene (I want to ride him until I cum, I don't want to be cumming 20 times in 15 minutes. It can get silly). My first question is, aren't arousal increases per action capped? Is this working as intended? Seems very unbalanced.
My second question is, sometimes, when this is happening, arousal seems to lock itself at exactly 90 for the rest of the scene. Is this WAI? I imagine you may want to represent geting into a flow of rolling orgasms, but rolling orgasms are very difficult, not possible for everyone, and at minimum, should not be the standard experience whenever you're not outright being hurt by someone.
Speaking of which, what is happening with the pain calculations? They seem extremely volatile and arbitrary. This wouldn't normally be a problem, but it appears that so much as having 11 pain from wearing high heels can completely inhibit building arousal or orgasming. It's basically impossible to model rough sex being pleasant. It either inhibits arousal, or, after a point, is not actually painful at all.
Another issue I think may have gone unnoticed, related to arousal: if you go watch porn with your brother and his friends after school (a minor scene that doesn't go anywhere and may be a residual), I remember this reliably resulting in arousal scores well exceeding 100 (the supposed maximum of the stat). I imagine this is a bug (I can't imagine this was intended to be the most arousing situation in the entire game), but also, shouldn't arousal have a maximum that greater values are reset to? This is especially given that arousal sees dual use as both an arousal and a pleasure variable in this game (I mean that it symbolically represents both horniness and also the sort of stimulation that should cause an orgasm, a common design decision that is kinda messy and makes it impossible to tidily represent situations of high arousal). My personal take is that it would be expedient to actually separate these two completely, but I understand this sort of streamlining of the code may be viewed as beyond the scope of what you guys are doing. But in this case, it seems that a) arousal should be hard capped so that you can't go above 100 (the point of orgasm, where people rapidly lose their built up tension) and b) arousal increases should also be capped per segment and contextually. Porn should never get you above, say 60, and someone fucking me for a handful of minutes should not result in me going more than halfway to my next orgasm! It's very immersion breaking (in my opinion, I hope that what I'm saying here doesn't sound that peculiar).
Finally, I've noticed an inconsistency. You can only masturbate when you exceed 50 arousal (imo, this gate should just be removed. Sometimes people masturbate in order to build arousal, or because they are bored and want to waste time doing something fun, not because they are actually horny and need to deal with pent up arousal), however, if you buy one of the suction dildos, you can start masturbating freely (and similarly, you can do so whenever you take a bath, regardless of base arousal). I think that this sort of content gating makes the world less interactive and is to the detriment of the game (it really hurts playability after you finish with the main storylines, or if you're not interested in them, which is a strange problem for a sandbox lifesim to have). Also it results in silly situations where you have to go back and forth between rooms to work things out.

I'm trying to find AI generated pictures that I can use to make a mod and add to that background without breaking anything major. The goal is to build on the narrative that the therapist has been providing his lessons for some time now and many women are his patients who don't even realize who the father is.
I'm not sure what the project's take is on sourcing pictures or copyright so I thought AI pictures would be best. I wish I could figure out how to make high quality AI pictures though.

Answers for the ones I know or answered as best I can.
Arousal is not capped and how much you get depends on several factors, the more you do a action the more you enjoy it. Some traits boost it as well. Also women while rare can have what is called a rolling orgasm or called other things, but basically it is when they have one orgasm after another.
Don't know about that, might be a bug might be a code design for some reason.
As you do something more aka rough sex or wear high heels etc the pain slowly over time doesn't go up as high the more often you do it until it no longer will cause pain at all doing it.
That is a design choice and you would have to talk to Kevin or one of the coders on exactly the reasons that arousal does not have a hard cap but a soft cap and exactly how that works.
I know nothing about this so won't comment on it other than to say I don't know anything about it.

For a mod that is totally up to you, Other than providing some advice and a mod tools we have nothing to do with most mods. So you are free to do what you want with them, but also if you do something illegal again that is on you. Hopefully that answers your question.
iirc there is the whole therapist path that dabbles on dubious consent hypnosis. not sure about other noncon scenes atm

yer limit is fitever hardware yer using. ye need a decent gpu fae the last few years, amd 7000 or 9000 series or nvidia gpu wi' at least 16gb, but yer better off wi' a card hae at least 20 or 24gb. if ye hae the hardware then yer looking at a model like flux for photorealism, or wan 2.2 which nae just fer video. the problem ye will hae is that most models are now heavily censored, and ye will need tae rely on lora and avoid complex scenes or start tae leverage control nets. because however far we have come wi' images there is still a long way tae go and if ye can edit images so much the better to massage the final result intae fit ye want.
ye could also use the many online ai gen but ye hae even less control o' fit ye produce and of course, even more restrictions on fit content ye can generate and, the purchasing o' tokens.
