I know the game is "complete" but - just some suggestions:
Tutorial - game isn't too complicated, but there should be an in-game explanation for various things, like if "adjacent" is just orthogonal, or does diagonal adjacency also matter? (I'm pretty sure it's just orthogonal) Or how does the combat actually work?
Building upgrade clarity - Buildings should show what they upgrade into, skyscrapers are an interesting challenge, but are rather nasty if you aren't expecting that. And if you encounter that interaction first, you may think that all "upgrades" are just downgrades.
Glossary - It'd be nice to be able to see what the items actually do when planing out your city.
Enemy behavior visibility - What good is planning out your moves, when essentially the best choice is to stay in the corner of a long hallway and wait for them to come to you? Better visibility on enemy behavior and how much you can move in a "turn" would improve a players ability to plan actions.
