maybe so but if it doesn't happen for awhile it doesn't happen. I've seen a few games take a few months not a big deal to me I got alot of patience.

This guy does not have a patreon account... it will probably be harder ( as wee see) to get someone to post it. Sad part is it would benefit the dev at this point. After this time most interested to purchase the game... have... sales will go stagnant. By releasing the game more will see and be interested in supporting..
No, I don't think the problem is that he doesn't have a Patreon. The problem is that everyone he pays is stingy and doesn't want to share it.

Well everyone on Itch or subscribestar has the right to be stingy... They paid for it. We can only hope that someone will be generous and load it here... That principal applies to any gam here . We mostly count on a hero subscriber to lad games.. very fey are loaded by Dev's... but some are.

New Menu System Introduced
With the release of v 1.99, Stefano has modified the menu system. It will look the same while you play, but in the code is has been changed.
From now on when you choose to not follow a certain path, i.e. (+ Michael), you will no longer see options to choose that path going forward. You will no longer see the 'Content not available on this route' message.
But remember, if you are following a certain path and decide to not choose the next option for that path, you will no longer be on that path. If you change your mind and want to go back on that path, you will need to go back and load a save prior to you choosing to not follow it.
And if you are like me and want to see certain paths but not have them be a part of your canon playthrough, make multiple saves for the different paths.

Yes, you are right, since we did the d Ren Py update this problem has been created.
We are considering going back to the previous version while it lasts.

Yes, you're right — Ren'Py is usually one of the most stable engines for visual novels.
But unfortunately, the latest update caused a few issues, especially on Windows.
Hopefully, the next patch will fix everything.

Not really. WIn 10 is not new. It's been out for 10 years already. It's not the only software out there requires Win 10 either.
