About James or the other one? James one is pretty obvious if play that path. The other one you only see on the vanilla path if you have sex in the balcony and you get a choice to keep doing it even tho you know you are being watched or something. Then that guy blackmails you and the FMC for a future update. Nothing has came from it as of yet.
